We offer our best estimate of when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimate and rrdigital360.com will not refund orders that are being processed if it believes they are taking too long. Once 24 hours have elapsed, the client can request technical assistance from support by opening a Ticket to expedite the delivery process of their service.
There are services where additional units are delivered (fans, followers, likes, etc.) to cover possible "unfollows" (Stop following) or similar that may arise. All deliveries try to be stable and safe, however none of them is exempt from possible falls, if so, the information provided by the client who manifests such inconvenience will be analyzed. The customer has a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase, where we promise to replace the corresponding number of units. Once the request is confirmed, the replacement will be made without prior notice.
rrdigital360.com strives to deliver exactly what our customers expect of us. In this case, we reserve the right to change a type of service if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
The client must request technical assistance from support by opening a Ticket to request the replacement of their order.

rrdigital360.com only connects to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help improve your "look and feel" only.
We DO NOT guarantee that your followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.
We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and photos uploaded, although we do strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything to the rrdigital360.com site, including nudity or any material that is not recognized or appropriate for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook community or social media.
Private accounts would not get a refund! Please make sure your account is public before ordering.
Refund policy
No refunds will be made to your payment method. Once a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from rrdigital360.com
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to remove all followers, likes or any other service that has been sent to you or your customers on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Spotify or any social network. Fraudulent activity, such as the use of stolen, unauthorized credit cards, chargebacks, or defamation in any form, will result in the reporting of your data to the respective authorities, as well as legal action. There will also be room for the cancellation and deletion of your services and reports from your account or social network. There are no exceptions.
Orders placed on rrdigital360.com will not be refunded or canceled once placed. You will receive a refund credit to your rrdigital360.com account if the order cannot be delivered.
Lost or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
If you are notified that the service is not available or has not started yet, you can change it to another or request a refund in your account at rrdigital360.com by opening a new Ticket.
You must not change your username during the service provision process.
You cannot modify the profile or change the URL during the service.
Our reference to finish each order is the number of units with which it begins, which we leave in the register before starting the delivery.
